Description
Symptom
A test servlet available on the system can be abused by a malicious user, allowing them to modify displayed application content without authorization and potentially obtain authentication information from other legitimate users.
- Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability allows attackers to deface or modify website content.
- Potential theft of user authentication information, enabling impersonation of users, including administrators, which can compromise the entire application’s security.
Solution
Deploy the appropriate patch level of the SCAs as described in the "Validity" and "SP Patch Level" sections of this note.
