Description
SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform (Web Intelligence HTML interface) allows an authenticated attacker to inject malicious JavaScript payload into the custom value input field of an Input Control, which can be executed by User who views the relevant application content, which leads to Stored Cross-Site Scripting.
Some well-known impacts of XSS vulnerability are –
- non-permanently deface or modify displayed content from a Web site
- steal authentication information of the user, such as data relating to his or her current session
- impersonate the user and access all information with the same rights as the target user
