ABAP recommended settings for password hash algorithms, SAP security note 1458262

Description

There are known password hash attacks (see also note 1237762).
Thus it is important to restrict access to the password hash values (see also note 1484692) and to ensure that the latest available password hash algorithm is used. This note is providing advice on configuring your system to achieve this goal.
