Symptom
SAP SRM MDM Catalog import functionality does not perform authentication checks for valid repository users. This unauthenticated functionality can be exploited on Windows machines to perform SMB relaying attacks.
Solution
Apply the appropriate Support Packages and Patches as referenced in this SAP Note. These updates ensure that the affected system components no longer expose internal information to unauthenticated users.
