Hard-coded credentials in BC-MOB-MI-SER, SAP security note 1579478

Description

FORK & SAPSYS in BC-MOB-MI-SER contains code which changes the program behaviour when a user successfully authenticates with a certain username.
A malicious user can authenticate to BC-MOB-MI-SER without legitimate own credentials or potentially escalate privileges.
