SAP security note 1584857, “Missing authorization check in credit standing review- cards”, is a program error note released on 11.10.2011. Below are the symptom and SAP recommended solution.
Description
Symptom
An authenticated user can use functions of the credit standing review to which access should be restricted. This may result in an escalation of privileges.
Solution
Import the relevant Support Package for your release. For an advanced correction, implement the attached correction instructions using transaction SNOTE.
Reason and prerequisites
The credit standing review for cards does not contain authorization checks for verifying an authenticated user's authorization to access some of its functions. This may result in undesired system behavior.
