The BSP application system, specifically the page sessionexit.htmapplication, can be abused by a malicious user. This vulnerability allows unauthorized modification of displayed application content and the potential theft of authentication information from legitimate users.
Solution
Please apply SAP Note 1638718 using the SNOTE transaction.
