Description
Denial of service (DOS) in OPC UA applications of SAP Plant Connectivity.
1.The SAP Plant Connectivity OPC UA server (and, to some extent, the OPC UA clients) allows an attacker to prevent legitimate users from accessing a service, either by crashing or flooding the service by using XML XXE vulnerability.
Some well-known impacts of Denial of Service vulnerability are –
- long response delays and service interruptions, thus degrading the service quality experienced by legitimate users
- direct impact on availability
