Symptom
UPDATE 13th November: This note has been re-released with updated "correction instruction" and CVSS information.
An authenticated user can use functions of SCM-APO-INT to which access should be restricted. This may result in an escalation of privileges.
Solution
Implement the correction instructions or import the Support Package that is relevant for your release. This document also causes the following side effect: 2054918 – CIFIMODGEN: outbound queue error ‘NO CFM1 authorization’.
Reason and prerequisites
SCM-APO-INT does not contain authorization checks for verifying an authenticated user’s authorization to access some of its functions. This may result in undesired system behavior.
