Whitelist checks of sap-exit URL, SAP security note 887322

Description

The BSP runtime supports an URL parameter sap-exiturl, that can be used to redirect to another side after the application has completed. This is especially of interest when using a foreign portal, or when been called from other applications, to have the browser return back to the know destination after the application has been ended.

However, if it also possible to prepare a link that could cause an application to navigation to an unwished for site after completion. Until now there has been now form of checks on this URL, and it was not possible to configure constrains as to what type of URLs are accepted.
