Description

Symptom

An authenticated user can use function RSPO_R_SAPGPARAM to which access should be restricted. This may result in an escalation of privileges.

Solution

Apply the correction or Support Package from this SAP Note.

Reason and prerequisites

RSPO_R_SAPGPARAM does not contain authorization checks for verifying an authenticated user’s permissions to access certain functions. This may lead to undesired system behavior.
