Symptom
Under certain conditions, the ABAP HTTP system logon page allows an attacker to gather information for further exploits and attacks.
Impacts of Information Disclosure include:
- Loss of information and system configuration confidentiality
- Information gathering for further exploits and attacks
Solution
The logon page no longer reveals internal information to non-authenticated users. Import the specified Support Package detailed in this SAP Note.
Reason and prerequisites
The issue typically does not occur unless sniffer tools are used.
