Description

Symptom

A user that is logged on can call certain functions of the component CO-PA without having the required authorization. This may result in an escalation of privileges.

Solution

Import the relevant Support Package or correct the error in advance.

Reason and prerequisites

Individual application scenarios of the component CO-PA do not contain authorization checks for checking access to some of its functions. Without these checks, a user that is logged on can simply call these functions. This may result in undesired system behavior.
