Symptom
A vulnerability exists in the SICF service CRMD_WF within CRM-BF-WFI that allows malicious users to modify displayed application content without authorization. This can lead to the potential theft of authentication information from legitimate users, enabling attackers to impersonate users and gain unauthorized access with the same privileges.
Exploiting this cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability can allow attackers to steal authentication data, such as session information. If an administrator’s account is compromised, the security of the entire application may be jeopardized.
Solution
Apply SAP Security Note 1653127 or import the necessary changes via the relevant support package to address this vulnerability.
