Solution
- Apply Prerequisite: Ensure that SAP Note 1497003 is implemented. The corrections from this note are a prerequisite for implementing this security note.
- Implement Corrections: Follow the correction instructions provided in SAP Note 1586893.
Reason and prerequisites
The program contained in the correction instruction has a vulnerability that allows a malicious user to potentially write arbitrary files on the remote server, possibly corrupting data or altering system behavior.
