Symptom
An authenticated user can use functions of transaction SAT (ABAP Runtime Analysis) to which access should be restricted. This may result in an escalation of privileges.
Solution
Import the specified Support Package or implement the attached correction instructions. After applying the update, the system will enforce the authorization check for S_DEVELOP.
Reason and prerequisites
Transaction SAT (ABAP Runtime Analysis) does not contain authorization checks for verifying a user’s authorization to access certain functions. This absence can lead to undesired system behavior.
